Day 8: Have you got any tips or tricks to keep yourself from eating junk food?
No I don’t. I’ve read heaps but I never really stick to them.  

Day 9: What is your favorite type of exercise?
Leg exercises!

Day 4: What is your exercise routine?
I do a lot of random stuff and I follow some photos, exercises I’ve taken from dance, youtube etc. I try to work out 30-40 minutes every day.

Day 5: What is your favourite healthy snack or treat?
A ceaser salad, typical but so yum!
 

Day 6: Do you binge? If so, when was your last binge and how did it make you feel?
Tonight was my last binge, I feel unsuccessful, fat and a failure. I feel like everyone can see how just fat and gross I am. I’m ugly and terrible and I need to start losing weight now. If I could purge I would.

Day 7: What was the last compliment you remember receiving? What is the best compliment you could possibly receive?
The last compliment I got was that I was talented. I guess that is a good compliment in my books because it’s not about my personality, or my looks, it’s about me and what I can do. Although I believe I suck at everything, it’s nice for someone to think the opposite.
